Karen- British Standard Distance Duathlon Champion

British Age-Group Championship events represent the top level of competition in Britain, giving triathletes the best opportunity to race to their full potential in the chase for British Championships titles in their respective age groups.  

Our very own Karen Murphy came home 1st Female 55-59, adding to her long list of World, European and National level achievements.  The event consisted of 8.6km run, 40km bike and 4.3km run. Great work Champ!
